How long have you been in business?
Since 1988.
What is your primary product or service?
Preparation of tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs. Including providing business services like Quickbooks consulting, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and other compliance matters.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Working for larger firms, I saw a need to serve the small to medium size businesses and help them become succussful. The larger firms focused more on billable hours than servicing the clients individual needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We returns calls or emails promptly, we use fixed fee pricing so clients can budget better, we get work back to them in a timely manner.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location. At this time we do not plan on expanding to other cities.

We are on Palm Avenue, north of Herndon off of Palm and Alluvial.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit card, Mastercard and Visa.

What are your hours of operation?
Mon through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm and Fridays 8 to 12pm. During tax season we are open 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
When they call me "Their Accountant". It's like saying, this is my Doctor or someone they trust.
